Brightwheel is the communication app used by Nampa & District Daycare Society to keep families connected, informed, and organized. It's where you'll receive updates from our educators, manage attendance, and view your daycare billing information all in one place.
Brightwheel helps families:
- Check children in and out each day using the daycare's QR code sign-in system.
- Receive photos and daily updates about your child's experiences, activities, and learning.
- Communicate with educators through messages and announcements.
- View invoices and make payments for daycare fees and approved charges.
- Manage family and approved pickup contacts in one secure place.
Brightwheel is available on iPhone, Android, and any web browser, so you can use whichever device works best for your family.
Getting Started
Watch for an invitation from Nampa & District Daycare Society and follow the instructions to connect your child to your Brightwheel account.
Use the links below to install the official Brightwheel app on your phone, or sign in through a web browser.
Once connected, you'll receive announcements, daily updates, invoices, and messages from the daycare in one convenient place.

If you're having trouble accepting your invitation, signing in, or using Brightwheel, we're happy to help. Please contact the daycare before creating a second Brightwheel account, as duplicate accounts can cause issues with your child's information.
